We do our best to indicate notable and important details in item descriptions. We also provide measurements as accurately as possible. It is your responsibility to check the measurements and make sure that the item is a good fit for you before purchasing. With these details in mind this is our return policy:
We are happy to accommodate exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us ([email protected], please write “Return/Exchange” in subject box) for exchange instructions. After the item is returned in its original condition, we will send you a store credit for the amount of your item, less shipping and handling. This credit does not expire and can be used at any time in our online shop or in the Aiken, SC store.
Unfortunately, we are not able to give cash refunds; the only exception being gross misrepresentation of an item in the listing details and photos. We do not refund shipping and handling costs. All sale items are final. Earrings, for hygienic reasons, are not returnable.
Our shipping rate is a $5 flat fee. Delivery confirmation is provided with every order so that your order can be tracked. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have left our store. We are also not responsible when goods to an incorrectly provided address, so please double check that your address is current. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the U.S. at this time.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
We only use PayPal PayPal for payments because PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). It is the safest and most secure way to make purchases online.
You are not required to have an existing PayPal account to purchase from this store, although, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it.
